Silent Hill promo stills
It's time for yet another movie based on a video game. After the Resident Evil flicks and Uwe Boll's version of Bloodrayne comes the big screen version of Silent Hill. Radha Mitchell plays Rose, a mother who in desperation takes her fatally ill daughter (Jodelle Ferland) to a faith healer but instead ends up in the haunted, deserted town of Silent Hill. Her daughter soon disappears without a trace and Rose follows what she thinks is her daughter's silhouette into what seems like an alternate reality.
Also starring Laurie Holden (Fantastic Four) and Sean Bean (Sharpe & The Island) Silent Hill is as I mentioned earlier based on the video game series (there are four games in total and one in production) with the same name. The story line is based on the first game but the film contains various elements from all four games. Visit the excellent designed homepage for more info. A trailer is also available.
