Remixland 2006 Vol 2 compilation
Time for some music again. Right now I'm listening to a new promo compilation called Remixland 2006 Vol 2. It's made up of three CD's (one of them are mixed and the other two contains the songs in full). One of Remixland's strong points is that most of the tracks feel fresh. It also contains music from well known groups like Scooter, Groove Coverage and Dj Sammy.
Most of the tracks are various types of dance/eurodance but Remixland also contain a few pop and house tunes. And as usual with compilations nowadays, many of the tracks are covers (both good and bad). But as a whole I think Remixland has succeeded in it's mission to collect the best dance tracks from the beginning of 2006. The third disc acts like a bonus CD (skillfully mixed by Hector de Markhoff) but some of the tracks are not available in full on the other two CD's.
The main reason for releasing this album is for you guys to discover new songs/groups and then support them by buying their releases.
