Josie Maran Photoshoot

I have been playing Need for Speed: Most Wanted on the PC for a couple of weeks now and I must admit the game was better than I first thought. I wrote a mini preview of it back in November - read it here). I never really liked the two Underground titles because gameplay felt too repetive after a few days play. Another reason was the night theme in those two games, somehow I got bored driving around at night time only. Anyway, my Need for Speed favorite is still Porsche Unleashed from 2000. The reasons for that is mostly because of the tracks were completely different from eachother plus the game's varied types of missions.

One positive thing about Most Wanted though, it features Josie Maran as Mia Townsend. She is most known for her modeling (Guess Jeans & Maybeline) but you might also recognize her from the movie Van Helsing where she played the character Marishka. Screen Actors Guilds Awards 2006

Reese Witherspoon was once again a winner when she received an award for her role in Walk the Line when Screen Actors Guilds Awards was held yesterday. Most suprising was that Crash won in the category "Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture" when many had Brokeback Mountain as a favorite. In the TV-series categories, SAG followed the Golden Globe decisions and gave the awards to Desperate Housewives (Comedy) and to Lost (Drama).

Christina Aguilera - Rolling Stone photoshoot

I'm not a huge Christina Aguilera fan but she looks great in this Rolling Stone photoshoot. One of the advantages with black and white photos are that they usually are more sharp than those in color. That's one of the reasons I like them. In this case it's very easy to compare those in color versus those in black & white due to they are taken at the same time. Which ones do you like the most? The photoshoot also features Justin Timberlake.

Annapolis promo stills & premiere

Justin Lin's latest movie Annapolis opens up tomorrow. James Franco stars as Jake, a young man from the wrong side of the tracks who against all odds gets accepted into the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. That is what he always dreamt of and also a change to make his father proud. However, his dream looks like it might turn into a nightmare when Jake gets into a collision course with the officers.

The only way out and a change to prove his potential is to start train for the legendary Navy boxing competition, a creator of future leaders known as the Brigade Championships. He then meets Ali, a strong female commander (played by Jordana Brewster) who together with boxing coach McNally (Chi McBride) help him train for the title match...
