Tortuga: Two Treasures / My Name is Earl promos

Ascaron Entertainment is currently developing yet another pirate-themed adventure game. However, while the two Port Royale games focused mainly on trade and economics, this new game called Tortuga: Two Treasures is more combat based. The game is divided into two parts: on-foot (where you explore cities and duel guards) and at-sea (where you travel between cities and attack enemy ships).

Graphically the game looks like it's heavily influenced by Firafix's Pirates but that's not a bad thing. It looks really great. Tortuga will feature many different ship types to sail and six large cities to explore when the game is released later this year. More information about the game at Gamespot.

I posted a few high quality pictures of Jaime Pressly from Screen Actors Guilds Awards last week. She is currently starring in the TV-series "My Name Is Earl". Here's a couple of promo stills. Enjoy Fredden :)

Ultraviolet promo stills

Milla Jovovich seems of late to be more or less stuck in the thriller/sci-fi genre. She starred in Luc Besson's The Fifth Element from 1997 and more recently in Resident Evil and it's sequel Apocalypse. Her character Alice will return later this year in the final (?) movie in the Resident Evil series called Afterlife. But before that, Milla will star in yet another sci-fi/thriller: Ultraviolet.

The movie is set in the late 21st century where genetically modified humans with a vampire-like disease (called Hemophagia) is in war with the "normal" humans. Ultraviolet's (played by Milla) mission is to help protect a young boy who is wanted dead by the human government because he might be a threat to humans in the future. Ultraviolet opens up in three weeks. You can find more info about the movie at the official homepage. Here's a couple of promo pictures...
