Bloodrayne premiere

It's destined to be one of the worst movies this year and it's directed by Uwe Boll. I'm talking about Bloodrayne and it's coming to a theater near you - tomorrow. The movie is already on IMDB's bottom 100 list (#56) and it's probably going to stay there.

Best Mix in Town 4 compilation / Jenna Elfman photoshoot

Two weeks ago I wrote a mini-review of a mixed CD called "Best Mix in Town 3" from Polish HitNHot Music. It now looks like I was quite late getting the album because the fourth installment in the series is already out. Best Mix in Town 4 - Best of 2005 sums up the best dance/trance tunes from last year and contains 50 tracks. Same as with the third one, this is an excellent mix to play at parties. High BPM, no slow parts, no disturbing samples and the mixing is done perfectly. More info about the mix can be found at DjZone.

Jenna Elfman, known from "Dharma & Greg" is currently filming episodes for her latest comedy TV-Series "Courting Alex" for CBS. Also starring Dabney Coleman, Hugh Bonneville and Jillian Bach the show will premiere in late January. More info about Courting Alex here. The Island promo stills & press conference pics

I finally had some time over this weekend and decided to watch a few movies. One of them was the Sci-Fi/Thriller The Island starring Scarlett Johansson & Ewan McGregor. My expectations wasn't exactly high because I read a few reviews when the movie first came out and knew it wasn't successful at the boxoffice. The Island wasn't all bad though. Action-packed and the story was quite interesting.

I also noticed that one of my all-time favorite actresses Shawnee Smith appeared in a scene together with Steve Buscemi (this is the second time I've seen them together in a Michael Bay movie - first was in the blockbuster Armageddon from 1998).
